Refund policy

🚚 DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status. Please ensure your registered email ID is correct to receive timely updates.

RETURNS and Exchanges

At RAGR, each piece is crafted to reflect attitude, quality, and detail. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got your back. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

We offer a simple and transparent 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

💰 RETURN & EXCHANGE CHARGES

A flat ₹150 handling fee will be applied to all return or exchange requests.


 

📦 PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once your request is approved:

You will receive a confirmation email.
Our delivery partner will attempt a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours (up to 2 attempts).
If pickup fails, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Please note: Reverse pickups are dependent on pin code availability.


 

QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING

After we receive the item at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Once approved, we will proceed with the return or exchange.


 

🔄 EXCHANGE TIMELINE

Approved exchanges are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of pickup or self-shipping receipt.


 

📏 SIZE EXCHANGES & AVAILABILITY

If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll offer:

An alternative product, or
A credit note valid on your next RAGR online purchase.

 

💳 REFUND POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds. For eligible return orders, once quality check is passed, a credit note will be issued via email. This can be used for future purchases on our website.


 

🚫 RETURN REJECTION CRITERIA

Returns or exchanges may be declined if:

The product shows visible signs of wear or damage
Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing

You’ll be notified via email once the inspection is complete and your request is processed.


 

📅 CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, unused credits will expire and cannot be reactivated.


 

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

For COD orders, if the package is declined upon delivery, any prepaid amount will not be refunded.


 

🛍️ SALE ITEMS POLICY

All sale items are final – no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
This applies to all discounted products bought during promotional or clearance events.
Please double-check size, style, and color before purchasing during sales.

⚠️ Note: Orders placed during sale periods may take up to 15 days to ship due to high volume.

By purchasing during a sale, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


 

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@ragr.in. Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item in question

If your request is approved after review, we will offer:

1. A replacement for the defective/incorrect item, or
2. A store credit of equal value

We are unable to accept claims submitted after 7 days.
